Job summary

Availa Bank in Council Bluffs seeks a Loan Servicing Manager to oversee the loan servicing department, supervise staff, and ensure accurate booking and regulatory compliance across loan portfolios.

You will collaborate with loan operations, develop staff, and drive continuous improvement while supporting lending teams and client service. Strong knowledge of loan servicing and core banking systems is required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities for a loan servicing team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across banking departments.
• Analytical skills with proficiency in loan mathematics and accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and development for the Loan Servicing and Loan Operations Assistant functions, establishing expectations for accuracy and accountability.
• Serve as the department’s SME and escalation resource for complex loan servicing and system-related matters.
• Oversee booking, maintenance, and servicing of loans within the core banking system with accurate terms and customer data.
• Maintain knowledge of the Fiserv Precision core banking system and ensure proper system usage and troubleshooting.
