You will interview customers, explain product features, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. The role emphasizes professionalism, patience, curiosity, and a results-oriented approach while building relationships and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• On-site branch office work is required; working from home is not permitted.
• Minimum 3 years customer service experience.
• Ability to meet licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment.
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills across varying social and business settings.
• Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information.
• Action and result oriented.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products and services to support individual and branch sales goals and customer expectations.
• Market branch products and services to customers and potential customers.
• Conduct collection calls to arrange payments on customer accounts.
• Seek opportunities to originate new loans with new and existing customers.
• Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools.
• Ensure customer information is correct and document interactions.
• Consistently meet or exceed branch and individual goals.
• Engage with customers to identify and respond to needs promptly.
• Build internal and external relationships.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and privileged information.
