• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• On-site presence at the branch office is required; working from home is not permitted.
• Minimum 3 years previous Customer Service experience.
• Ability to meet current Licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment.
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and differing social/business settings.
• Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information.
• Action and result focused.
• Strong communication skills (verbal / written).
• Proficient with MS Office Suite products.
