Job summary

24/7 Mortgage Corporation is seeking a Senior Loan Processor to oversee the loan origination process from application to closing. The role requires mortgage knowledge to ensure accurate processing and compliance with regulations.

You will lead processing activities and coordinate with clients and internal teams to maintain timely closings. The position is full-time and in-office with an hourly pay range of $22–$26 depending on experience, plus a 90-day probation period and potential bonuses

Qualifications

• 2 years of loan processing experience.
• 40 hours per week.
• Experience with mortgage program guidelines.
• Proficient with LO software and Microsoft Office.
• Must work in-office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Review loan applications for completion, accuracy, and compliance with standard guidelines.
• Verify applicant information, including employment, income, credit history, and financial statements.
• Review and clear items on conditional loan approval letters with underwriters.
• Communicate with clients, loan officers, underwriters, and account executives for clarification on needed items.
• Request/review documents from clients, escrow/title companies, insurance agencies, and HOAs.
• Manage and delegate tasks to Junior Loan Processors; assist Loan Closer with funding conditions.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Loan Processor to join our team. As a Senior Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the loan origination process from application to closing. Using your extensive mortgage knowledge, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of loan applications and maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies. This role requires a deep understanding of loan processing procedures, regulations, and excellent communication skills to ensure a smooth and efficient process for our clients and internal teams.

• Full-Time In Office Position
• Hourly Pay starting at $22-26 per hour (Depending on Experience)
• Mandatory 90-day probationary period
• After 90-Day probationary period, pay will be increased to salary plus quarterly production bonus

• Proven work experience as a Senior Loan Processor or similar role..
• Knowledge of loan program guidelines and products.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in using loan origination software (Calyx, Encompass, ARIVE).
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Strong communication skills via phone or email.
• Strong leadership skills and works effectively in a team environment.

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must be able to work in the office, 5 days a week.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and sit for prolonged periods of time.
