Universal Lending Corporation is seeking a Loan Processor in Englewood, Colorado. This role is key to delivering a positive mortgage experience by reviewing and preparing loan files for underwriting. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in mortgage banking and a solid understanding of relevant mortgage guidelines.

The Loan Processor plays a key role in delivering a smooth and positive mortgage experience for our customers. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and preparing complete loan files for Underwriting and Closing. The Loan Processor acts as the central point of communication between loan officers, assistants, builders, real estate partners, and customers, helping ensure accuracy, timeliness, and an exceptional customer experience throughout the loan process.
The expected base salary for this position is between $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base salary is paid bi‑weekly.

This is primarily a sedentary position. Requires the ability to hear, type, and talk. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard. The primary work location is a corporate office with low to moderate noise levels.
