You will review pre- and post-closing documents, perform QA checks for partnerships, and support regulatory compliance while collaborating with commercial and consumer lending teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in commercial and/or consumer banking.
• Knowledge of loan documentation, compliance regulations, and banking systems.
• Familiarity with HMDA reporting requirements.
• Understanding of UCC filings, CIP requirements, and beneficial ownership regulations.
• Previous experience in loan administration, documentation review, or quality assurance within a financial institution.
• Specific banking system experience in LaserPro, nCino, or Phoenix.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Closing Loan Document Review
• Post-Closing Loan Review
• QA checks for Lending-as-a-Service partnerships to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Pre-closing and final document review for DMI HELOC loans and filing accuracy
• Daily review of interest rate inputs and general ledger/internal DDA balancing
• Monitor and reconcile internal escrow DDA account
• Documentation preparation and regulatory compliance
• Ensure all bank policies and procedures are followed for all duties of the position
