Western Alliance Bank in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Senior Loan Operations Administrator II to manage underwriting documentation, validate materials, and oversee pre-closing files for association loans. You will work with Lending Officers, business development teams, and third parties to ensure complete, accurate documentation for underwriting and closings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in loan administration or a similar field.
• Knowledge of general banking operations, deposit/loan products, and treasury management.
• Proficient in communication, client service, and regulatory compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Support Lending Officers and Business Development Sales Officers in processing loan requests by coordinating with HOA boards and managers to collect underwriting documentation.
• Prepare complete loan packages for review by Underwriting Analysts and credit approvers; ensure compliance with bank policies and proper maintenance of documents.
• Respond to questions from HOA boards and managers regarding underwriting and pre-closing documentation requirements with clear guidance by phone, email, or video conference.
• Provide regular updates to Head of Association Lending on document status, outstanding items, and timelines; participate in weekly pipeline meetings.
• Manage the document collection platform by maintaining statuses, issuing reminders, and presenting complete underwriting files to Lending Officers and Underwriting Analysts.
