Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with commercial lending or Loan IQ (system of record).
• Familiarity with commercial credit or commercial loan terminology.
• Ability to read, interpret and analyze complex legal documentation such as credit agreements and amendments.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to plan, prioritize and manage deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Able to work independently with proactive escalation when needed.
• Adapts well to a fast-evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures loan documentation and lien perfection meet policies and are delivered accurately and on time.
• Reviews loan approval and documents prepared by counsel for consistency and adherence to requirements.
• Completes primary financial booking and initial loan funding.
• Works closely with Client Managers, Credit Officers, agency management, internal and external legal counsel, and internal support units to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
