National Bank of Arizona in Phoenix is seeking a seasoned Specialty Loan Operations Administrator to join our Biltmore Corporate Office. You will support the loan origination process, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate closings to fund loans efficiently.

You will collaborate with Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, and Loan Closers, review financial statements and tax returns, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Experience in banking, lending operations, commercial loan administration, or related financial services.
• Knowledge of lending principles, loan documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and tax returns to support credit decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with policies.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review loan requests for completeness and validate borrower exposure.
• Prepare and review loan documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate loan closings and obtain required signatures.
• Perform post-closing activities and funding readiness.
• Assist Senior Credit Analysts with credit review and underwriting.
• Manage appraisal and environmental review processes.
• Monitor insurance requirements and obtain policies.
• Prepare GAR worksheets by reviewing financial docs.
• Obtain entity documentation from relevant sources to verify business info.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Credit Analysts to support loan processing.
• Travel may be required; perform other duties as assigned.
