Job summary

Citizensedmond is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to manage their Loan Operations and CDP workflow in a fast‑paced environment. You will prepare and review loan documents, ensure compliance with laws and bank policies, and support daily loan function tasks across departments.

You will collaborate with loan officers, credit analysts, and assistants to close loans, maintain policy and HMDA tracking, and handle scanning, indexing, and secondary market activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three to five years in a financial institution setting.
• Knowledge of lending compliance laws and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with lending software programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow within both the Loan Ops and CDP department.
• Review loans on core for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare loan documents per policy and loan approval.
• Review centrally prepared documents prior to closing for compliance.
• Collaborate with loan officers, credit analysts, and loan assistants to facilitate closings.
• Maintain an accurate loan policy waiver report and LAR HMDA tracking.
• Assist lending staff with compliance questions.
• Assist in Scanning and Indexing documents into Synergy.
• Assist with loan advances, payments, and research.
• Assist with booking and selling secondary market loans.
• Assist with tracking exceptions and perform other duties as assigned.
