Job summary

Lead is a fintech bank providing embedded financial services with a commercial loan focus. The Senior Loan Operations Support role covers set-up, maintenance, and processing of commercial loans, requiring careful analysis of requests and documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

You will engage in appraisal coordination, disclosures, core-system activations, and daily loan processing tasks while maintaining strong client communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in reconcilement or balancing.
• 5 years of loan servicing/support experience.
• Experience with LaserPro, nCino, or similar document prep/core systems.
• Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Order appraisals/title commitments.
• Communicate with borrowers for insurance info and disclosures.
• Activate new loans to the core system.
• Assist clients in person or by phone as necessary.
• Process construction and commercial loan draw requests.
• Review daily reports and address items as needed.
• Follow up for recorded documents, title policies, insurance.
• Appraisal management with tracking and balancing payments.
• Escrow management: setup, verification, annual analysis, payments.
• Adverse Action: letters, tracking and monitoring.
• Process bankruptcies, levies, disputes.
• Covenants - review, tracking, deletion, addition.
• Process daily mail; Paid loan processes; Handling loan notices.
• Prepare monthly loan reports; Physical loan file maintenance.
• Daily loan general ledger balancing.
