Job summary

Lendistry is seeking a Sr. Servicing & Loan Systems Specialist to operationalize loan sale agreements with capital partners and ensure post-sale servicing, reporting, and compliance are delivered flawlessly.

The role supports investor reporting, data integration, and ongoing partner relationship management to enable timely, accurate performance updates. You will collaborate with Servicing, Compliance, Finance, and IT to align loan sale terms with internal systems, build dashboards, and drive

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
Must have Nortridge Loan System (NLS) administrator experience.
8+ years in loan operations, secondary markets, or servicing with 3+ years in leadership.
Experience managing post-sale relationships with banks, CDFIs, or capital providers.

Responsibilities

Translate loan sale agreements into internal workflows for reporting, servicing, and compliance.
Develop SOPs for partner post-sale servicing and reporting needs.
Integrate loan sale terms into systems, servicing platforms, and audit controls.
Maintain a centralized library of agreements and partner requirements.
Oversee remittance, data delivery, collateral tracking, and compliance certifications.
Ensure accurate tracking of loan performance and investor reporting.
Identify and resolve post-sale issues such as payment discrepancies.
