Responsibilities

• Lead centralized loan operations across processing, documentation, closing, funding, servicing and collateral administration.
• Set goals, standards, and service levels aligned with Bank objectives.
• Monitor performance, workloads, and quality; implement improvements and training.
• Oversee servicing, payoffs, escrow, renewals, and post-closing requirements.
• Maintain controls and compliance with laws, investor requirements, and policies.
