Responsibilities

• Process all monetary aspects of funding loans including initial and subsequent disbursements, other draws, and processing of transactions for participated loans.
• Reconcile general ledger and operational accounts.
• Review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy to book loans in the core system and onboard loans into related apps.
• Identify critical original documents needed for preservation and loan maintenance per guidelines.
• Administer loan escrow accounts and payments, payoff requests, lien releases, and tax reporting tasks.
• Provide training and support to other loan operations specialists.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
