Job summary

EverBank N.A. is seeking a Commercial Loan Operations Specialist Lead to oversee operational support for a range of banking commercial products.

The role requires coordinating data input, quality control, and client statement preparations, while resolving escalated reporting issues and maintaining accuracy in the loan management system. The position offers leadership to junior staff and requires experience in commercial lending, loan onboarding and closing, and familiarity with loan

Qualifications

5-7 years experience in commercial lending.
Experience with syndicated and non-syndicated commercial loan transactions.
Experience coordinating loan onboarding and closing activities, reviewing documentation and ensuring accurate system setup.
Experience preparing and validating wire transfer templates and funding instructions.
Understanding of loan documentation, funding processes and operational controls.
Ability to manage multiple transactions with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

Coordinates processing of commercial banking operations such as loans, letters of credit and banking guarantees.
Ensures accuracy and completeness of data inputs into a commercial loan management system.
Supports preparation of statements for clients and conducts reconciliation when needed.
Retrieves and provides information on existing loans to clients.
Ensures best practices for resolving out-of-balance transactions.
Identifies and corrects erroneous transactions and reports issues to senior colleagues.
Trains and reviews work of junior colleagues to ensure high-quality delivery.
