Job summary

Citizens Business Bank seeks a loan documentation specialist to prepare packages for commercial and consumer loans, ensuring compliance with credit approvals and bank policy, and coordinating with escrow and title when applicable.

You will maintain and audit documentation files, track exceptions, perform post-execution reviews, and respond to customer inquiries while delivering The Citizens Experience to external and internal clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 5+ years loan documentation experience.
• Knowledge of US commercial, consumer and real estate lending policies.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documents for Commercial and Consumer loans from low to high complexity.
• Review documents for compliance with credit approval and bank policy.
• Coordinate with outside escrow and title companies as applicable.
• Perfect collateral and track return of collateral documents.
• Post-execution review of loan documentation packages and respond to inquiries.
