Citizens Bank of Las Cruces is seeking a skilled Business Banking professional to support construction loan processing, documentation, and compliance. You will manage loan files, monitor disbursements, and coordinate closings while delivering high-quality customer service.

The role requires strong documentation knowledge, problem solving, and communication to support executives and lenders in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; higher education preferred.
• Two to five years of banking experience with emphasis on commercial loan processing.
• Ability to multi-task, solve problems and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of commercial loans from start to finish, including construction loans.
• Verify applications, income, collateral, and ensure documentation complies with regulations.
• Coordinate loan closings, fees, and recording; maintain department procedures and reports.
• Support business development and ensure timely, accurate service to customers.
