Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and at least 5 years of loan documentation preparation experience.
• Experience with commercial and consumer loan documentation is required.
• Ability to read and interpret legal documents and banking policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documents for commercial and consumer loans from low to high complexity.
• Review documents for compliance with credit approval and bank policy.
• Coordinate with escrow and title companies as applicable.
• Perfect collateral and track return of collateral documents.
• Post-execution review of loan documentation packages and respond to inquiries.
