Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in loan review, processing or loan administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review imaged documentation on commercial loans to ensure policy compliance.
• Record incorrect or missing policy documentation on exception reports.
• Review pre-closing documentation to ensure accuracy prior to loan closing.
• Review post-closing documentation to ensure accuracy after loan closing.
• Receive and verify credit packages submitted by loan officers for Credit Process or Loan Committee Approval.
• Ensure documentation corrects credit policy exceptions and removes exceptions.
• Assist loan assistants/loan officers with issues concerning exception reporting.
• Cross train and back-up commercial loan processing.
• Ensure compliance with federal banking regulations including BSA, OFAC, CRA, ADA, Gramm‑Leach‑Bliley Act, and related acts.
