RockBridge Search is seeking an experienced VP Loan Documentation Manager in Irvine, CA, to lead and oversee loan documentation operations within a growing banking organization. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end loan documentation and closing processes for commercial lending, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with approved credit decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of banking experience with loan documentation, operations, and closing.
• Experience leading loan documentation teams and cross-functional partners.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for the loan documentation function ensuring accurate, timely preparation of documents.
• Manage end-to-end loan documentation and closing for commercial and business lending.
• Review and approve complex loan documentation packages reflecting approved credit terms.
• Oversee preparation/review of notes, loan agreements, collateral documents, guarantees, and related docs.
• Ensure terms reflect rates, maturities, covenants, collateral, fees, and credit conditions.
• Partner with lenders, credit administration, operations, legal, and closing professionals for smooth transactions.
• Maintain consistent documentation standards, controls, and workflow expectations.
• Monitor pipelines, deadlines, and exceptions to keep transactions moving forward.
• Identify deficiencies or risks in documentation before they affect operations or credit.
