Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking an AVP, Loan Documentation to manage the Commercial Loan Documentation staff and ensure accurate, compliant closing documents across loan types. You will coordinate workflow with Units and provide training while traveling to other Units and Regions as needed.

Responsibilities include reviewing documents for compliance with federal regulations, maintaining service levels, and mentoring staff in documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Well versed with title work and regulatory requirements for loan documentation.
• Ability to resolve documentation issues and ensure accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Loan collateral requirements.
• Understanding of bank provisions and language substitutions in docs.
• Clear verbal and written communication with co-workers, title companies, attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of the commercial loan documentation team and workflow.
• Review loan documents for all products to ensure terms match approvals.
• Ensure transactions comply with regulations and provide training as needed.
• Conduct monthly quality control reviews to meet internal and external standards.
• Interact with Loan Operations, Coordinators and Compliance/Legal teams to maintain efficiency.
• Prepare new and renewal loan documents via the documentation system.
