Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years commercial banking experience in loan documentation.
• Ability to teach, coach, and develop staff.
• Proficiency with LaserPro, Word, Excel; Jack Henry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan docs, collateral, and lending practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in preparing documentation for new loans, renewals, extensions, and modifications.
• Review lender instructions and credit authorizations to ensure accurate terms and collateral.
• Review entity documentation and signing authority for borrowers and guarantors.
• Coordinate with title and escrow for timely closings and title endorsements.
• Review executed loan documents for completeness before funding or boarding.
• Oversee uploading of signed documents into Synergy and collateral perfection.
• Perform quality control reviews and periodic callbacks to identify deficiencies.
• Train staff on documentation requirements, systems, and procedures.
• Develop and maintain procedures, manuals, forms, reports, and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with CRA, HMDA, TILA/Reg Z, ECOA/Reg B, BSA, OFAC, the Travel Rule, FCRA, Reg O, GLBA, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
