- Develop and execute a comprehensive loan operations strategy aligned with goals and risk appetite.
- Oversee loan lifecycle activities from origination to payoff with focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal controls across loan operations.
- Collaborate with technology teams to optimize loan origination and servicing platforms.
- Establish KPIs and reporting to inform executive decision-making.
