Qualifications

• 5-7 years of commercial banking experience with loan documentation
• Proficiency in LaserPro, Word, and Excel
• Experience with title, escrow, recording, UCC filings, and collateral administration
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation standards and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in preparing documentation for new loans, renewals, and modifications
• Review lender instructions and approved credit authorizations for accuracy
• Verify entity documentation and signing authority for borrowers and guarantors
• Coordinate with title/escrow to facilitate closings and verify title policies
• Perform quality control reviews and system data checks for deficiencies
• Train staff on documentation requirements and procedures
• Develop and maintain procedures, forms, and reports related to loan documentation
