Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a Note Department of a commercial bank, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review closed loan documents for accuracy and enter data into tracking software.
• Image and index loan files and maintain an accurate filing system.
• Reconcile loan disbursements and prepare modification documentation on Laser Pro as assigned.
• Process loan payments, loans draws and advances, including construction advances.
• Maintain and balance loan activity and prepare general ledger entries.
• Quote loan balances, payoffs and payment information to customers, lending officers and processors.
