Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 5+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Ability to supervise with minimal supervision and strong communication skills.
• Experience with lending software and Microsoft applications.

Responsabilités

• Assist with staff management and motivation to meet branch goals.
• Make loan decisions within lending limits, process and close consumer loans.
• Develop community business relationships and meet sales targets.
• Assist customers with solutions and monitor satisfaction.
• Support hiring, training, reviews and staffing matters as needed.
• Ensure high quality customer service and handle all other duties as assigned.
