The role focuses on building a customer base through sales, loan extensions and merchant referrals, with success tied to customer experience, business generation, compliance and meeting monthly goals.

The position involves handling loan closings, verifications, and branch activities in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.
• 0-2 years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling; computer skills; customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word applications.
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office; receive and process verifications; process payments and loan approvals within limits.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain records; operate cash drawer and bank deposits.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
