Lendmark Financial Services LLC in Tennessee seeks a Sr. Loan Consultant to support branch management and oversee efficient daily operations, ensuring staff perform tasks with trust and service focus.

You will assist with loan decisions within lending limits, process consumer loans, drive business development in the community, and strive for customer satisfaction while maintaining high service standards and profitability.

Formación

• Minimum five years consumer finance or related experience.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with lending software and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with management and motivation of staff to meet goals and branch profitability.
• Make loan decisions within lending limits; process and close consumer loans; collect delinquent accounts.
• Assist with business development relationships in the community and meet sales goals.
• Assist customers with solutions and monitor overall satisfaction.
• Support hiring, training, and performance reviews; uphold high customer service standards.
