The role focuses on building a customer base through sales, loan extension and merchant referrals, with emphasis on compliance and monthly goal attainment. The position involves greeting customers, processing verifications, approving loans up to limits, and actively marketing branch products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 0–2 years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling; computer skills; customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office or calling by phone.
• Process payments and distributions; record information and verify credits.
• Approve loans up to established lending limits and complete closings.
• Handle account activities related to collections and communicate with customers.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
