Lendmark Financial Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Loan Consultant (CA) to support the Branch Manager and oversee branch operations, ensuring staff perform tasks with trust, service and security for customers and team.

The role requires guiding staff to achieve profitability and lending goals while delivering high-quality customer service and seamless loan processing in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.
• 5+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of industry or related industry lending software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Applications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the management and motivation of staff to meet goals related to branch profitability, volume, lending, credit quality, collections and expenses.
• Make loan decisions up to lending limits or recommend decisions; process and close consumer loans; collect accounts in delinquency stages.
• Assist branch manager with business development relationships within the community.
• Sell products and services to meet sales goals.
• Assist customers with solution implementations and monitor overall customer satisfaction.
• Assist branch manager with hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews and terminations as applicable.
• Ensure a high quality of customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
