Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling and proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and by phone.
• Process payments, distributions, and loan approvals.
• Approve loans up to established lending limits and close loans.
• Handle account activities related to collections and customer calls.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain records; operate cash drawer and deposits.
