Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Loan Consultant to support the Branch Manager by ensuring efficient branch operations and staff performance. The role emphasizes trust, service, security, and customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Key duties include staff motivation, loan decision-making within limits, loan processing and closing, delinquency collections, community business development, and achieving sales goals while maintaining high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.
• 5+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of lending software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and motivation of staff to meet goals and objectives.
• Make loan decisions up to established lending limits or recommend decisions.
• Process consumer loans.
• Close consumer loans.
• Collect accounts in various stages of delinquency.
• Assist branch manager with business development relationships.
