Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or five years in educational technology support.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical documentation.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to work with diverse individuals from various backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes and trends in LMS and educational technologies; advise on adoption.
• Administer Canvas Faculty Certification by enrolling and evaluating faculty; maintain records.
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver training sessions and workshops on Canvas and related tools.
• Provide training and individualized support to promote faculty readiness and use of instructional tech.
• Evaluate training needs and create resources addressing emerging technologies and system changes.
• Perform evening/weekend support, maintenance, upgrades, and other related duties.
