Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of LMS support, academic operations, or curriculum development.
• Proficiency with Canvas LMS and other educational technologies.
• Experience managing faculty and student access; coordinating training.
• Ability to collaborate with vendors and support course development.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Canvas LMS instances including posts and content verification.
• Support access for faculty and students and coordinate TAs.
• Provide training on Canvas tools, TurnItIn, and BigBlueButton and other features.
• Maintain relationships with educational vendors and coordinate training.
• Assist LMS integration with CNOWv2, MindTap, WebAssign, and Connect.
• Generate product usage reports, track purchases, and manage SSO VBID numbers.
• Attend course development meetings and assist with SME scheduling.
