Job summary

SanMar is seeking an LMS Administrator to manage the organization’s Learning Management System, ensuring compliant, efficient, and user-friendly learning. You will partner with HRIS and department leaders to assign training, develop e-learning, and maintain audit-ready records.

The role involves troubleshooting, content deployment, and analytics to identify gaps and improve programs. The position is hybrid, based in Issaquah, WA, with typical office days and potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, information systems, learning and development, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience managing or supporting an LMS (Litmos, Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Docebo, Saba).
• Experience creating E-Learning programs using Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Lectora Inspire.
• Experience with HTML and CSS.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail for compliance, reporting accuracy, and role-based learning assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assign and manage required training based on organizational requirements and compliance needs.
• Develop and maintain E-Learning modules according to objectives and learning requirements.
• Maintain audit-ready records of training completion and reports.
• Develop role-based training matrices with HRIS and department leaders.
• Provide LMS user support and troubleshoot system navigation.
• Upload, test, and deploy eLearning modules and blended content.
