Job summary

Motus Recruiting and Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst for our client in Vancouver, WA.

This hybrid, one-year renewable contract supports the Operational Technology Services Work Planning & Delivery organization, focusing on systems analysis, requirements development, and IT lifecycle coordination. You will lead interviews, facilitate workshops, develop documentation, and collaborate with project managers and BSAs on software, networking, security, and infrastructure

Qualifications

• Interview and workshop to elicit requirements
• Define approaches and decision frameworks for analyses
• Document complex technical systems descriptions
• Facilitate design sessions and stakeholder engagements
• Produce use cases, requirements, test plans and process maps
• Develop business cases/justifications and present solutions
• Prepare functional and technical documentation for IT teams
• Create queries and reports for data extraction and reporting
• Support project information management (scope, schedule, budget, risks)
• Support change management plans and workflow verifications
• Coordinate system verification activities and data integrations
• Analyze processes for efficiency and drive improvements
• Ensure OT SLC processes and artifacts are completed
• Interview SMEs and draft OT SLC artifacts
• Incorporate feedback and obtain sponsor approvals

Responsibilities
