Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a Director of Community Transitions to stabilize operations during ownership changes, acquisitions, turnarounds, or new openings. You will provide hands‑on leadership across Operations, Clinical, HR, IT, Finance, and Sales to ensure seamless pre‑close planning and Day One readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum seven (7) years of progressive leadership in Senior Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, or Post‑Acute Care.
• Experience as Executive Director, Regional Director of Operations, or multi­site Operational Leader preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead stabilization, integration, and operational performance during transitions or openings across Cogir communities.
• Partner with executive leadership, regional operators, and support teams to guide transitions to stable, high‑performing operations.
• Develop 100‑day stabilization plans with milestones and accountability measures.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, regulatory compliance, and resident care during transitions.
