Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years coordinating multi-site renovations or capital projects.
• Experience managing contractors, budgets, and timelines across locations.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and scheduling.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Define renovation scopes with leadership and communicate to site teams.
• Review contractor quotes, RFAs, and invoices for budget alignment.
• Monitor progress and ensure 30-day turns where applicable.
• Maintain financial tracking of renovation costs and budgets.
