Qualifications

• Relational sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Experience in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for occupancy goals.
• Lead generation and response management for inquiries from tenants, families, and prospects.
• Conduct community tours (scheduled and walk-in) to showcase offerings.
• Maintain occupancy levels and revenue in line with plans.
• Lead and motivate sales team; provide activity reports and next steps.
