Job summary

Health Dimensions Group is seeking an Operations Specialist to provide leadership across our senior living communities, focusing on transitions, operational excellence, and strategic support. This role will serve as a trusted operational leader during Executive Director vacancies and organizational changes, while helping develop future leaders and scalable systems across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field required.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• LNHA and LALD/AL licensure required.
• Healthcare Services Executive (HSE) credential preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in leadership roles within healthcare communities.
• Minimum 5 years in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living leadership.
• Experience with multi-site or regional leadership preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Executive Director during leadership transitions.
• Partner with leadership to set priorities and goals.
• Provide hands-on leadership to ensure continuity of operations and resident satisfaction.
• Develop action plans to improve outcomes and financial performance.
• Oversee census, revenue, expenses, sales and marketing, workforce, clinical quality, and compliance.
• Support onboarding and coaching of new Executive Directors.
• Contribute to development of operational systems and best practices.
• Support growth initiatives, acquisitions, and new communities.
