This role demands strategic leadership and on-call availability. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and a Licensed Administrator credential, plus 5+ years in senior living leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services preferred or supervisory experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Licensed Administrator in good standing and/or meet applicable license requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations and ensure quality of care and services.
• Manage budgets and cash flow, ensuring financial stability.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate all department directors and staff; maintain training and morale.
• Develop and implement community sales and operations strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and policies.
• Maintain building grounds and property, supervise preventive maintenance.
