Job summary

Bella Vista of Eden in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Full-time Staffing Coordinator to develop and maintain employee schedules, ensure appropriate staffing levels, coordinate coverage for open shifts, and address daily staffing needs.

This hands-on role requires flexibility, on-call availability, and the ability to work on the floor to provide resident care when necessary. Collaboration with leadership ensures continuity of care and efficient staffing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in employee scheduling, preferably in an Assisted Living, Memory Care, or other healthcare setting.
• Ability to perform direct resident care duties as needed.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing coverage across all shifts.
• Monitor daily staffing levels and address shortages proactively.
• Coordinate coverage for call-ins, open shifts, vacations, and other staffing changes.
• Be willing to work on the floor as a caregiver when necessary and assist with resident care.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to address staffing needs outside regular hours.
