You will collaborate with leadership to anticipate staffing needs, manage timekeeping, and respond to scheduling challenges. Strong organizational skills and healthcare experience are required, with on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and proactive Staffing Coordinator to support Resident Care.
• Experience managing staff schedules; OnShift experience preferred.
• Ability to anticipate staffing needs and fill open shifts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules using OnShift or similar software.
• Monitor open shifts and proactively secure coverage.
• Track attendance, call-offs, and staffing trends.
• Support recruiting coordination for care team members.
• Provide after-hours scheduling support as needed.
• Communicate staffing needs to department leaders effectively.
