Eden Vista Stow, a proud member of Vista Senior Living Management, is seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler to oversee scheduling, staffing operations, and ensure adequate staffing coverage to support quality resident care.

Responsibilities include liaising with agencies, covering call-offs, developing master schedules, collaborating with payroll, and maintaining the master schedule. The role requires at least 1 year of scheduling experience and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of scheduling or staffing coordinator experience.
• Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable with respect to confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the company.
• Liaise with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies in a timely manner.
• Cover call offs with other staff or agency when applicable.
• Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions.
• Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation.
• Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations.
• Utilize computer software to prepare, change, and update the master schedule.
• Fulfill staffing vacancies in advance to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Be amenable to cover weekends and holidays.
• On Call responsibilities as needed.
• Answering phone and responding to inquiries.
• Greeting and assisting visitors.
• Serve as main point of contact for staffing matters.
