Job summary

Bella Vista of Eden in Oshkosh, WI, is seeking a Full-time Staffing Coordinator to develop and maintain employee schedules, ensure staffing coverage, and coordinate coverage for open shifts. The role includes on-call responsibilities and may require direct resident care when staffing is limited.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, flexible, proactive, and capable of working on the floor to support resident care as needed. Experience in scheduling and healthcare settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee scheduling, preferably in Assisted Living or healthcare.
• Willingness to perform direct resident care duties as needed.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update employee schedules to ensure staffing coverage across all shifts.
• Monitor daily staffing levels and address shortages; coordinate coverage for call-ins and open shifts.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and timekeeping; manage PTO requests and schedule changes.
• Be willing and able to perform caregiver duties on the floor when needed to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to address staffing needs outside regular hours and coordinate replacement staff.
