Job summary

The Summit of Edgewood is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator in Erlanger, KY. This full-time role focuses on ensuring adequate nursing staffing per regulations and budgets.

You will collaborate with the DON and Executive Director to address scheduling needs and maintain high-quality resident care. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in healthcare or office settings, strong organizational and computer skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (req).
• 1-2 years healthcare/office experience; long-term care preferred.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance; ability to drive regularly.
• Uphold company policies and confidentiality; work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills, good judgment and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Reflect the Core Values and Core Focus of Triple Crown Senior Living.
• Create staffing schedules for the nursing department to meet guidelines and budgets.
• Adjust schedules for call-ins or emergencies to maintain coverage.
• Suggest scheduling improvements to enhance efficiency of nursing staffing.
• Communicate staffing needs to the Executive Director and DON.
• Handle inquiries on scheduling to ensure quick, fair resolution.
• Assist DON with attendance tracking and communications within nursing.
• Demonstrate teamwork and consistent attendance to ensure quality care.
