Job summary

Triple Crown Senior Living in Edgewood, KY is seeking a devoted Caregiver to join The Summit of Edgewood. You will provide compassionate personal care aligned with each resident's care plan, delivering everyday assistance with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities include grooming, bathing, mobility, vital signs, recording data, and responding to call lights. We offer On-Demand Pay, competitive pay, 401(k), growth opportunities, and a supportive team in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents' care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care) daily and as needed.
• Ambulate and transfer residents with appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
• Record resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, and food consumption.
• Routinely turn and position residents; prepare rooms with necessary items.
• Respond to call lights promptly and report to the Charge Nurse as needed.
• Provide care that protects resident rights, dignity, privacy and confidentiality.
• Refer to residents by proper names and respect resident preferences.
• Observe and report unusual changes in condition to appropriate staff.
