MBK Senior Living is seeking a Full-Time Server to provide high-quality dining service, ensuring a positive resident experience. You will take orders, serve meals, and maintain dining areas with a friendly, professional approach. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, family members, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Uphold a high standard of table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing dishes between courses, and resetting tables for subsequent service.
• Engage with residents in a friendly manner, assisting with meal and menu selections and attending to dining needs as requested.
• Review and adhere to dietary needs, restrictions, and preferences as outlined by the Supervisor and care plan.
• Track resident meal attendance and communicate with team members for safety checks on absent residents.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting and seating residents, including new residents.
• Deliver meals to and retrieve trays from residents' rooms when needed for room service.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area, and comply with all food safety handling and service protocols.
