MBK Senior Living is seeking a friendly Server to provide high-quality dining service to residents with focus on resident satisfaction and etiquette. You will support dining operations, including taking orders, serving meals, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment.

The role requires minimum education of a high school diploma, attention to dietary needs, and adherence to safety standards. This is a part-time, hourly position with a supportive team and growth opportunities within MBK’s

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older or have a proper work permit.
• Must complete required background clearances, health screening, and provide negative TB test results within 7 days of employment.
• Must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak, write, understand, and read English.
• Must meet and maintain all state-specific regulatory requirements, such as Food Handler Certification.

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, family members, and guests in a professional, courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area; reset tables and clear dishes between courses.
• Assist with room service and delivering meals to residents’ rooms as needed.
• Ensure residents’ dietary needs and preferences are followed as outlined by the Supervisor and care plan.
• Report safety or equipment issues to the Supervisor promptly.
