MBK Senior Living is seeking a Server to ensure residents enjoy high-quality dining with attentive service. You will prepare and serve meals, attend to resident preferences, and maintain a welcoming dining environment in our community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or highly preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older or have a proper work permit and authorization documentation.
• Must complete required Background clearances, health screening, and provide negative TB test results within 7 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, family members, and guests in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Uphold high table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing dishes between courses, and resetting tables for subsequent service.
• Engage with residents in a friendly manner, assist with meal choices, and attend to dining needs as necessary or requested.
• Review residents’ dietary needs and preferences as outlined by the Supervisor and care plan.
• Ensure a clean, sanitary dining area and proper storage of supplies; comply with food safety protocols.
